We are pleased to forward August's newsletter for the Institute for Zionist Strategies.  Four years after the outbreak of the Second Lebanon War, the IZS presents an innovative study that presents the changes in Israeli public attitudes toward Israel during times of war.  Also included is an update concerning the petition to the Supreme Court opposing the reform calling for the privatization of State lands and an article by Dubi Helman on the state of KKL-JNF lands.  This issue also contains a year end summary of the Zionist Bet Midrash.
